Mr Mouchacca is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia with over 18 years' experience in public company, with responsibilities including statutory, corporate governance and financial reporting requirements. Since July 2019, Mr Mouchacca has been principal of JM Corporate Services and has been appointed Company Secretary and Financial Officer for several entities listed on the ASX and unlisted public companies. Mr Lee is an experienced compliance and corporate governance professional with over 9 years of experience. Mr Lee works closely with boards of both ASX listed and unlisted public companies across a range of industries. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6, the Company advises that upon commencement of his appointment as Company Secretary, Mr Lee will be responsible for communications with ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters.
